You must be at least 18 years old to use Thera. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Each account is for one individual. Sharing login credentials with others is not permitted.
Thera offers a free trial period followed by a paid subscription. Billing is processed through Stripe.

The partner sharing feature allows you to share session summaries with a linked partner. By sharing, you consent to your partner viewing that specific summary. You are solely responsible for any content you choose to share.
Thera is not responsible for how your partner interprets or uses shared content.
All content, design, code, branding, and materials on Thera are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Your session content belongs to you. We claim no ownership over what you write in sessions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thera and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Thera is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
